Furthermore, it is not necessary to enter your personal data in order to use our website.

Schutz Ihrer Daten

We have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are observed both by us and by external service providers who work for us.

If we work with other companies, such as email and server providers, to provide our services, this is only done after an extensive selection process. In this selection process, each individual service provider is carefully selected for its suitability in connection with technical and organizational skills in data protection. This selection process is documented in writing and a contract for the processing of data on behalf (ADV contract) is only concluded if it meets the requirements of Art. 28 GDPR.

Your data is stored on specially protected servers. Access to it is only possible for a few specially authorized persons. If you transmit data to us via web forms, the data is always transmitted via an encrypted connection (128-bit TLS).

Service providers from third countries

To enable us to provide our services, we use the support of service providers from third countries. In order to ensure the protection of your personal data in this case as well, we conclude special order data processing contracts with each of the carefully selected service providers.

We use the support of the following providers:

  • Service providers through which Rigilog GmbH sends e-mail messages
  • Service providers that offer server storage to Rigilog GmbH

Use of cookies

a) In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard disk and assigned to the browser you are using and through which certain information flows to Rigilog GmbH, the body that sets the cookie. Cookies cannot execute programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They are used by us to analyze the use of www.rigilog.com in anonymized or pseudonymized form and to present the user with interesting offers on this website.

This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and function of which are explained below:

  • Transient cookies (see b)
  • Persistent cookies (see c)

b) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include, in particular, session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the joint session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.
c) Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies at any time in the security settings of your browser. Please note that you may not be able to use all the functions of this website if you delete the cookies from your browser. The setting of cookies can be prevented at any time by making the appropriate settings in the user's Internet browser.

Deletion of personal data

Rigilog GmbH only processes personal data for as long as is necessary. As soon as the purpose of the data processing has been fulfilled, the data is blocked and deleted in accordance with the standards of the deletion concept here, unless this is contrary to legal regulations.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data

A legal basis is required for the processing of personal data. In the GDPR, different legal bases are standardized in Art. 6.

One legal basis for the processing of personal data is, for example, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. This refers to the consent given by the user. The consent is for a specific purpose. The processing of personal data is also possible in the context of the performance of a contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. However, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR must be understood broadly, as it also includes the initiation of a contractual relationship with the associated data processing. At Rigilog GmbH, this applies in particular to cases in which the user uses the contact form to receive a non-binding offer. Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR describes the legal basis for data processing in cases where there is a legal obligation to process data. In exceptional cases, the processing of personal data may be based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d) GDPR. This requires that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person must be protected. It is also possible that the processing of personal data is based on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The so-called "legitimate interest" is standardized there, which is to be read with reference to Recital 47 GDPR. In the legal sense, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR is a so-called "catch-all provision" that applies if no legal bases other than those mentioned above apply. A balancing exercise is carried out here, focusing on the question of which interests outweigh those of the data subject or those of the data processor when processing personal data.

Contact us

Via the website www.rigilog.com it is possible to contact the person responsible using an input mask. For this purpose, various data are required to answer the request, which are automatically stored for processing. The data will not be passed on to third parties unless the user has given their consent.

Data processing in the context of applications

It is possible to apply to Rigilog GmbH by e-mail. For this purpose, personal data is processed and stored for further processing for the respective application procedure.

If the application leads to an employment relationship, the personal data will be stored accordingly in compliance with the statutory provisions. If the applicant's application is not considered in the selection of a potential candidate, it will be deleted in accordance with the rules of the deletion concept here, taking into account the provisions of the AGG, in particular the existing burden of proof under Section 22 AGG
